Moto2, Pedro Acosta domina anche le P2 del Mugello. Quarto Tony Arbolino davanti a Celestino Vietti

Pedro Acosta non si rilassa nemmeno un attimo e chiude al comando anche la seconda sessione di prove libere del Gran Premio d’Italia, sesto appuntamento del Mondiale di Moto2 2023. Sullo splendido scenario del tracciato del Mugello il portacolori del team Red Bull KTM Ajo si è confermato in vetta nella classifica della classe mediana con il tempo di 1:51.170, non andando a ritoccare il tempo di questa mattina (1:50.928) dato che la pista toscana è andata a scaldarsi in maniera notevole rispetto alla P1.

Seconda posizione per lo spagnolo Alonso Lopez (Boscoscuro Speed UP) a 236 millesimi, mentre dalla terza posizione del britannico Jake Dixon (Gas Gas Aspar) i distacchi valicano già il mezzo secondo (+0.538). Quarta posizione per Tony Arbolino (Kalex Elf Marc VDS) a 560 millesimi, mentre è quinto Celestino Vietti (Kalex Fantic) a 680.

Sesta posizione per lo spagnolo Manuel Gonzalez (Kalex Yamaha VR46) a 714 millesimi, settima per il giapponese Ai Ogura (Kalex Idemitsu) a 743, ottavo Dennis Foggia (Kalex Italtrans) a 770, nono lo spagnolo Fermin Aldeguer (Boscoscuro Speed Up) a 779, mentre completa la top10 lo statunitense Joe Roberts (Kalex Italtrans) a 853. Si ferma in 18a posizione Mattia Pasini (Kalex Olie) a 1.253, quindi 30° e penultimo Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Forward) a 3.299.

I tempi della classifica combinata vedono una top14 decisamente differente. Al comando sempre Pedro Acosta in 1:50.928, mentre al momento eviterebbero la Q1 anche Celestino Vietti, Alonso Lopez, Fermin Aldeguer, Mattia Pasini, Filip Salac, Jake Dixon, Tony Arbolino, Sam Lowes, Dennis Foggia, Joe Roberts, Sam Lowes e Jeremy Alcoba.
