L’Italia ha vinto la staffetta single mixed di Soldier Hollow, prova valida per la Coppa del Mondo 2019 di biathlon. Dorothea Wierer e Lukas Hofer si sono scatenati negli USA e hanno così conquistato una vittoria pesantissima, la prima per il nostro Paese in questo nuovo formati di gara. Wierer si è ampiamente riscattata dopo gli otto errori commessi nell’inseguimento di ieri ed è stata perfetta al poligono meritando il successo insieme all’altoatesino che è stato particolarmente performante.
